Public Inspection Times: Weekdays from 10 AM to 2 PM
*We will limit the number of people in the building at one time to 5 and will follow the recommended social distancing of 6FT or more. Thank you!

Item Removal schedule:
Wednesday, October 27th from 9 AM – 4 PM CST
Thursday, October 28th from 9 AM – 4 PM CST

*Everything must be removed by 4 pm on Thursday or it will be considered abandoned without recourse or refund.

Shuttle Service: Unfortunately, there is no shuttle service offered on this auction.
Shipping Service: Shipping arrangements are handled by the Seller. Please email service@bclauction.como request a shipping and she will forward your request. We cannot ship aerosol cans or chemicals of any kind.

*18% Buyer’s Premium in effect.
Cash Buyers will receive a 3% Discount on this Premium if the Cash Payment Terms are met.
Cash Buyers must email service@bclauction.com by 6 AM the morning following the close of the auction notifying her that they will be in by Noon to pay by Cash. These Buyers will be charged a 15% Buyer’s Premium.
CASH PAYMENTS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED AT 5622 NATURAL BRIDGE AVE. BEFORE NOON ON THE FIRST DAY OF PICKUP. ALL CASH PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO PICKING UP AT THE AUCTION SITE.

Sales tax will be collected. If your purchase qualifies for resale, you must email your Resale Number and a copy of your Resale Certificate to service@bclauction.com

*Declined Credit Card & Late Pay Penalty: If Cash is not received by Noon, the Credit Card on File will be processed and the 18% Buyer’s Premium will be charged. If the credit card on file is declined, a $25.00 Late Fee will incur. If payment has still not been secured by 4 PM on Day 1 of Item Removal, a $50.00 Late Fee will incur.

Packaging Service for Items that you will have Shipped by a Carrier: For a quoted fee, we will prepare and package your items for a carrier that you will schedule and pay directly. It will be your responsiblity to email the Bill of Lading or Postage Label to service@bclauction.com.
To request our service, please email us immediately to confirm that we have the time and materials required to prepare your package.

Please Note: BCL Auction is not responsible for items that are not picked up by your carrier after the Posted Item Removal Dates and Times. If your carrier doesn't arrive in time, unfortunately, you will forfeit receipt of those items without refund or recourse, so please verify that the carrier you hire is able to work within the limited time frame posted.

Shuttle Service: For a quoted fee, we will transport your items to our St. Louis warehouse for pickup in approximately 3 business days. BCL Auction is not liable for any damage that occurs during shipping preparation or shuttle transportation. Please email service@bclauction.com to confirm space on the truck and to get a quote on the fee charged to transport your items.

Chemical Handling Exclusion: Chemicals are not allowed to be shipped and cannot be shuttled by BCL Auction, so the winning bidder must make arrangements for pickup of any type of chemicals purchased.

IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS:
*All Sales are Final. BCL Auction is not responsible for any damage that may be caused to items during their removal, packaging or transportation. Any damage that occurs during this time will have no recourse. We recommend insurance for all packages that are scheduled for shipment.

BCL Auction Terms & Conditions

1. All items are Sold “As is and Where is” without warranty expressed or implied.
All sales are Final. All items are sold "as is" and "where is" without warranty expressed or implied. There are no refunds or returns. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect items during the Public Preview or place bids accordingly if unsure of an item’s condition, size, color, or usability. Asset photos & descriptions are based on information provided to BCL Auction by the Seller & are believed to be accurate, but this accuracy not guaranteed and are refunds are not given based on bidding errors or posting inaccuracies.

2. Payments for purchases will be processed immediately when the auction ends with the credit card that you registered with, unless you notify us at service@bclauction.com that you’d like to pay by Cash.
Agreement to these Terms & Conditions authorizes BCL Auction to process the credit card on file for your purchases plus the 18% Buyer’s Premium.

If you have notified us that you’d like to pay by Cash or Certified Funds, this payment must be received by 12PM on the day following the close of the auction. Cash payments receive a 3% Buyer’s Premium Discount, reducing the Buyer’s Premium to 15%. If Cash Payment is not received by the noon deadline, the credit card on file will be processed with the 18% Buyer’s Premium.

3. Item Pickup is at the time and expense of the buyer and must occur during the established Item Pickup Times that are posted for the auction.
Buyers must supply all required labor, tooling and packaging supplies to conduct a Safe Removal of items from the auction site.
BCL Staff is not allowed to assist during the removal process. Buyers who purchase electrical and plumbing items are responsible for the disconnect and proper securing of live wires and pipes so that damage does not occur to anyone or anything.
Buyers will forfeit their items without refund if they are not picked up within the scheduled times.

4. All bids entered are binding.
A purchase contract is created when a bid is placed, so place bids carefully. If a gross error is made, please contact us immediately.
